I was beyond skeptical about this smoothie. Spinach in a smoothie weirded me out. BUT I LOVE IT! And my husband loves it. We actually both crave it and have to have the ingredients around all the time so we can make it.
What you'll need:
- 1 cup almond milk (any brand will do)
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- a few ice cubes
